Payment for consultancy and formulation services is due within 15 calendar days of the invoice date via bank transfer. Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services until outstanding balances are settled. All pricing and payment details will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided to you.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes, but is not limited to, formulas, business strategies, technical data, and customer information. Our services are advisory in nature and based on the information provided; therefore, we do not guarantee specific commercial or technical results. We are not liable for damages or losses resulting from how our recommendations are implemented.
